Rental Policy:

Check in Time is 3PM - Check out Time is 1200 Noon. Late/ Early check in or check out by prearranged appointment.

Payment Policy:

Payment can be made by Cash, (personal) Check, or Credit Card. A Credit Card is usually required to reserve the rental. Direct Deposit available for guest on "Contract Assignment". There is a REFUNDABLE $1000.00* DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT required.

(Deposit amount dependent on length of stay.)  There is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $250.00.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations: Contact Booking Agent regarding Full Cancellation Policy. Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation Policy: Noted on Guest Confirmation Contract Lease.
